TRAINING MANUAL

Beginning with the basics, the Inside Sales and Customer Service Training Manual covers generation, transmission, and distribution schemes. It addresses basic electrical formulas, theory, and the customers, manufacturers, and associations that make up the electric utility industry. It offers information on technical specifications – equipment rating, voltage class, thermal and mechanical limitations, interrupting ability, and protection characteristics. In addition, it offers product application information on anchoring, electrical apparatus, conductors, connectors, insulators, lighting, metering, pole-line hardware, poles, protective devices, tools, transformers, underground components, and many more.

The members and associates of NAAUD worked in collaboration with Vince Pesce of Advancement Associates to jointly develop the manual. Vince Pesce is an industry experienced professional seminar leader, sales trainer, speaker and author.
